Retail Products (not professional or clearance items): Please check at the end of the product page of interest to you for a retailer near you.  If for some reason we supply you retail products direct then freight will be:

   AUSTRALIA

         If in WA, NT, Tas or remote inland/north QLD/SA:   freight will be $10
         If not in these remote locations:
                 and if your order is less than $50, freight will be $7
                 and if your order is greater than $50, your order will be freight free

   NEW ZEALAND

         If in New Zealand see “Shipping to New Zealand” below.

Clearance Items (from the red menu), are freight free within Australia.  Air mail cost elsewhere.

Professional Products (from the black menu) then your shipping will be as per that for retailers/businesses outlined below.

FREIGHT CHARGES:
        $10 when value of stock (excl printing etc) is up to $150 *,
        $  5 when value of stock (excl printing etc) is between $150 & $250  *
        nil when value of stock (excl printing etc) is over $250   *
      * PLUS
        $10 if in Perth, Hobart, 100 k of Adelaide, country Vic, south east country Qld
        $20 if in Tasmania, Darwin, Alice Springs, Cairns, within 100k of Perth,
                                                 country SA, mid country Qld or Qld coast to Townsville.
        $30 if in country NT, WA or far north Qld
   We may be able to charge less for small volume/weight orders.

NZ Shipping Schedule:  We pride ourselves on fulfilling within the times shown below.

Please try to order earlier than on the deadline day so that we will have time to carefully assemble your order.

* Customers generally receive their orders 7 to 10 days before this latest time.
    (Excludes events such as transport or port worker strikes, customs backlogs and the like).

NZ Freight Costs:

If shipping within our shipping schedule:
        if total order value is   less than NZ$300      add NZ$20
        if total order value is   NZ$300 to NZ$500   add NZ$10
        if total order value is   over NZ$500              add nothing
               (Subject to review for particularly bulky items eg.: photo notice Boards)
      If you wish your order to be dispatched at times other than listed in our shipping schedule (above)
      please specifically request this and we will contact you with the air and economy air mail costs.

NZ Payment Methods:

Payment is by NZ$ by cheque or direct deposit to our NZ ASB account.
