Two ways we ship from Sydney to New Zealand:

1. Orders are consolidated and dispatching by ship at times shown in our shipping schedule below. Once in Auckland the individual orders are dispatched by courier.
2. Air or economy air mail. If you wish your order to be dispatched at times other than listed in our shipping schedule (below) please specifically request this and we will contact you with the air and economy air mail costs.

Shipping Schedule: We pride ourselves on fulfilling within the times shown below.

Please try to order earlier than on the deadline day so that we will have time to carefully assemble your order. While we can't guarantee to include last minute orders, 11 am New Zealand time on the day after the deadline day is the absolute cut-off.

* During 2007 customers generally received their orders 7 to 10 days before this latest time.
  (Excludes events such as transport or port worker strikes, customs backlogs and the like).

Freight Costs:

New Zealand Retailers:
If shipping within our shipping schedule:
    if total order value is  less than NZ$300   add NZ$20
    if total order value is  NZ$300 to NZ$500  add NZ$10
    if total order value is  over NZ$500       add nothing
        (Subject to review for particularly bulky items eg photo notice Boards)
   If you wish your order to be dispatched at times other than listed in our shipping schedule (above)
   please specifically request this and we will contact you with the air and economy air mail costs.

 New Zealand Consumers:
    Please email us to find a retailer close to you. Please be sure to list the product(s) of interest
    and your town or suburb, postcode and telephone number including area code. We or one of our
    retailers will contact you.
