A customer has had several folder sizes, wallets and envelopes all foil stamped with the one set-up charge:
Pricing:
To foil stamp we need to have a foil stamping plate
made with your artwork/logo/text. This takes a few days to have made and costs $150 (NZ$200) + gst. This is a once only fee. Repeat the order and we don’t need to obtain a new plate ie. this cost is not repeated.
What we charge you for us to set-up the foil stamping machine with your job: $25 (NZ$30) + gst
Cost per folder or wallet to foil stamp: 25 cents (NZ 30c) + gst
If you can’t provide us with your finished logo/design/text and would like us to create it for you we need to charge for this time: Graphics work: $60 /
hour + gst.
Rush job premium: We can pay to have the foil stamping plate prioritised, and run your job as
soon as we receive it. Dipatch two days after receiving your art: Cost 25% premium on the job.
Art Size and Considerations:
The maximum foil stamping plate size we can use is 100 x 75 mm so your artwork needs to fit within this.
Linen Folders present some foil stamping difficulties: line work comes out very well but large block designs are difficult, especially on
white linen as the tiniest fault is easily visible. We advise printing on the white linen folders.
What we will need:
PDF vector file or a 300 dpi RGB JPEG file (extension .jpg) of your art (email to us), Your artwork needs to be in black on a white background.
You will need to specify silver or gold foil. We do have some coloured foils.
You will need to specify where on the folder or wallet you want your artwork/logo/text to appear.
